Stephanie is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at 492 Vance, LLC. She is responsible for strategic oversight, operations, and development management efforts for the company. She is passionate about historical properties and reinvigorating their legacy while creating more lasting, walkable communities everyone can enjoy.

Stephanie has over 15 years of experience working with international, state, and local organizations in urban planning, resiliency and sustainable development. Ms. Wade received her bachelor's in Urban Studies from Jackson State University and master’s in Urban Planning from Florida State University.
