Paul Erunse is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Controls in Global Technology and Operations (GTO). Paul is responsible for business risk and controls within GTO, self identification and issue remediation, and vendor management risk and governance. He partners directly with Technology, Infrastructure, Cyber & IT Security, Data & Analytics, Global Business Services, Business Resilience, and Service and Operations organizations within Technology and Operations. Additionally, he works closely with Global Risk Management, Compliance, and the Internal Audit organizations to ensure Global Technology and Operations’ efforts align and support the enterprise and serve the needs of MetLife customers.

Paul previously held leadership roles in MetLife’s HR function leading transformation with portfolios in operations, digital, vendor sourcing, process reengineering, and technology. His portfolio of work focused on the service delivery and employee experience for the MetLife workforce.
Prior to joining MetLife in 2011, Paul held leadership roles in both Human Resources and in Information Technology supporting HR, Finance, Investments, Sales, and Marketing while at AllianceBernstein (AB) and OppenheimerFunds (now Invesco).
