Donald Walling is a passionate strategic leader with decades of experience, focused on Change Management, Organizational Benchmarking & Development, Program/Project/Relationship Management, Strategy, Consulting, Management & Leadership Development, with a focus on the people side of change, growth, and business adoption.
As a seasoned professional with over 30 years of demonstrated business experience, Donald has applied his knowledge in progressive leadership roles with industry leading global organizations across many sectors and industries including cybersecurity, IT, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Finance, Travel, Education and Training.

After decades of varying and progressive senior management roles, initially starting in IT, Donald is currently running Fortinet’s Education Outreach and Veterans Programs globally, while focused on bridging the cybersecurity skills gap for under-served, underrepresented and economically challenged groups and individuals.

Previously, as a Certified Change Management Practitioner, Donald served as the solo Organizational Change Manager for the largest procurement project of its kind in Canadian history. Donald applies this knowledge and experience as a Change Catalyst, towards ensuring a focus on DEI, as Fortinet strives to ensure that 1 million people are certified on NSE courses by the year 2026.
