Damany joined the CSG Forte team in 2021 and brings with him over a decade of payments knowledge. With beginnings in Fifth Third’s merchant services division (eventually becoming Vantiv and folding into FIS through acquisition), Damany led National and Enterprise level discussions with thousands of merchants and payment service providers, delivering technical insight to help decipher complex architectures, while providing optimized payment solutions for more seamless and customer friendly payment experiences. In addition to his consulting responsibilities, Damany also served as a subject matter expert on security solutions (including P2PE and Tokenization), pass-thru digital wallets, and Omni-channel strategies.

Currently, Damany's responsibilities at CSG Forte encompass leading solution engineering and Implementation Consultant teams for our merchants and partners. As a collaborator with sales and account management, Damany helps to identify payment processing requirements, providing industry insights on best practices, conducting gap analysis, and designing interoperable system diagrams, to provide solutions that help our clients compete in the marketplace.
