Conrad is VP of Cloud and Infrastructure at Kenvue formerly Johnson and Johnson Consumer Health. His function is a critical Cloud, Network, AI/ML and overall digital tech engine that empowers Kenvue's mission of helping its approximately 1.2 billion global Customers to "Realize the power of every day care" through its iconic billion dollar brands such as Tylenol, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Band-aid and Listerine in 165+ countries. Prior to Kenvue Conrad led Cloud and Infrastructure platform engineering for Gap where he helped transform Gap's cloud first modernization strategy enabling its billion dollar lifestyle brands: Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta through COVID-19.

His other notable career roles include: various tech leadership role at Aetna's Active Health Management, and ultimately CVS Health with his last role being Head of Data Center Operations where he helped to accelerate the adoption of a hybrid-cloud platform to improve business and health outcomes, enhanced speed to market, and optimize financial value.

Conrad has a proven ability to build, motivate, and lead tech engineering teams through culture, DevSecOps, and agile product delivery transformation. Prior to his time with CVS and Aetna, Conrad has spent time supporting product launch and tech transformation at Jasper Wireless (helping to launch what is now Cricket Wireless); Xerox Healthcare's Medicaid Management Info Systems, Hewlett Packard, Capgemini Consulting, and AT&T (BellSouth).
