Aïcha is a strategic insights leader in the Tech industry, a communication consultant, and a global speaker, living out her passion as the CEO of SITB LLC, where they help ambitious people learn how to communicate their value so that they can make a lasting impression, increase their influence, and accelerate their growth.

Aïcha is also the Head of Consumer Insights at Opensignal and has previously held high profile leadership roles at Comcast Business, Xfinity Mobile, and Independence Blue Cross. In addition, she has been invited to speak at TEDx, the Insights Association, Wonder Women Tech, IIEX, and much more.

Aïcha is a native of Senegal, West Africa, and draws from her experience being a triple minority in leadership – female, immigrant, and black - to champion others. Her story of overcoming obstacles has been featured in Technical.ly, Voyage ATL, Drexel University, and numerous podcasts. In her spare time, Aïcha is an avid salsa dancer.
