As commerce continues to increase, businesses and service providers are faced with changes in purchasing behavior. eCommerce continues to drive buyer channel preference with global growth predictions of roughly $2T from 2023 to 2026. The uptick in volume will undoubtedly fuel a variety of payment methods but also a significant increase in fraudulent activity. This session will define ways to personalize the checkout experience to attract and retain customers, noting what payment methods are top of wallet including those on the rise, the types of fraud prevalent in payments, and what tools to use to defend against it. Additionally, for those interested in a career in payments I'll share my path and what areas to be focused on that expect exponential growth.
