According to research, 44% of US adults say that public speaking is the social interaction that makes them the most nervous. More so than a job interview, selected by 29% of respondents. We also know that 33% of recruiters make a decision on prospective candidates within the first 90 seconds of an interview (Forbes). 

We know nerves are normal, but we also speech is power and that confidence and preparedness is key. Not knowing how to effectively convey your story, value, or message can become a hindrance to elevation. The case is even more true for Black and Brown professionals and entrepreneurs. In this session, we explore key areas of effective public speaking and provide experiential and research-based tools to help you develop into a master storyteller, authentically.
