Exploring the role of broadband in promoting equity and social justice is crucial as there is a call to action to bridge the digital divide in Black and Brown communities. It is imperative that we engage in conversations about revitalizing both urban and rural infrastructure to address this issue.

Did you know that over 30 million Americans lack access to affordable and reliable broadband, with Black and brown communities disproportionately impacted? The lack of broadband connectivity creates barriers to education, healthcare, and economic opportunity. This law includes funding for broadband infrastructure, investment in research and development, and support for workforce development. It's time to explore the impact that broadband infrastructure can have in leveling the playing field and empowering underserved communities.
