Many companies have made commitments to DEI but something is missing because the needle isn't moving... The US IT workforce is still only 8% Black... We have to create more access and open doors for candidates who may lack a degree. I'm going to talk about equitable attraction and retention.

I'll talk about how to build intentional programs to attract and retain alternatively skilled talent. There are many bootcamps available to provide upskilling opportunities but the greater opportunity is to build a workforce upskilling solution with a light at the end of the tunnel... a job!
