Chris is a highly regarded change management leader, a compelling speaker, and the founder of InHarmony Consulting Group. In his role as InHarmony's Managing Partner, Chris adeptly juggles his time between mentoring Black professionals as they navigate their career paths and steering a select group of industry pacesetters through transformative Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) journeys. Before establishing InHarmony, Chris cultivated an extensive repertoire of experience spanning over a decade across the realms of technology, hospitality, and media & entertainment. He held various pivotal Business Development, Brand Partnerships, Sales, and Employee Engagement roles on a global scale at renowned companies such as Google and Soho House.

During his tenure at Soho House, Chris held the position of Global Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Wellness. He orchestrated the establishment of the group's global DEIB Center of Excellence from its London headquarters. Its accomplishments included crafting interactive front-line training modules infused with DEI principles, inaugurating the group's annual employee engagement survey, and spearheading the formation of an external DEIB advisory board. At Google, Chris most notably managed onboarding initiatives tailored for People of Color (POCs). He also served as an internal consultant responsible for implementing protocols aimed at mitigating bias in the company's performance review procedures. He also previously served as the global co-lead for the Black Googler Network (BGN) while working within Brand Partnerships.

Chris is a devoted leader who is consistently guided by his faith. He has been invited to guest lecture at prestigious institutions like Hampton University and The University of Michigan. His work has also garnered attention from reputable sources like Billboard, The Daily News, and HuffPost.

Academically, Chris boasts degrees in Human and Organizational Development and Corporate Strategy, both earned from Vanderbilt University. He is also a certified Executive Coach and an ordained minister. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris is an intrepid explorer, having ventured to nearly 50 countries and 43 of the 50 states within the US.
